Citadel's Timeless Favorites format ends
This morning at midnight, Citadel's Timeless Favorites, Soft Oldies format has ended. Stations that carried the format include 1010 WSPT(Stevens Point) who carried it nights and weekends. WSPT has reverted back to carrying The True Oldies Channel. 96.7 WBDK (Algoma) and 105.1 WSBW (Sister Bay) also carried the format and according to a job opening will replace it with a locally programmed format.

WYTE Rebrands
106.5 WYTE (Marshfield-Wausau) has rebranded dropping their longtime "Country Favorites" slogan in favor of "Today's Best Country Y106.5." The change happened at 5am. Click here to listen to the transititon. They also debuted a new logo and website.

WTAQ-FM Signs On
Midwest Communications has signed 97.5 WTAQ-FM (Glenmore) on broadcasting a simulcast of 1360 WTAQ-AM (Green Bay).

1230 WXCO expected to change format
AM1230 WXCO (Wausau) who's programming is now heard on the new 100.5 WDTX is expected to change to a new format in March. (All Access)

ESPN Radio on FM in Wausau
100.5 WDTX (Rothschild-Wasuau), after a weekend of stunting, is now simulcating it's sister station 1230 WXCO's ESPN format. Both stations will breakaway at times to broadcast seperate High School games. The flip to "Sportsfan 1230 and 100.5" happened just after 10am.

New Radio Station on the Air in Wausau
100.5 WDTX (Rothschild-Wausau) is on the air stunting. Announcing a new radio station coming Monday. They are refering to the station as "100.5-DTX." Various personalities are part of the stunting, including Greg Berlin, Jeff Cecil, Nick Summers and Black Bart.

WECB to become WCHK
104.3 WECB has applied to change their call letters to WCHK. New format debuts tomorrow at 3pm.

Oldies 95.7 is Back!
WRIT, after playing 2 months of Christmas music has dumped away their 70's-80's based "My 95.7" and reverted back to "Oldies 95.7."

WECB Stunting
104.3 WECB-FM (Seymour) is stunting. It says "unwrap one last present New Years Eve at 3pm". Liners are running as "WECB 104.3 and 103.5".
