Wausau - WSAU-FM 99.9

Midwest Communications wanted to better serve the full Wausau/Stevens Point Market with WSAU-AM's News/Talk format. WSAU-AM has problems covering the south half of the metro (Wisconsin Rapids/Marshfield/Stevens Point) at night. It was decided to remove classic hits from WIZD, change the calls to WSAU-FM and do a simulcast of WSAU-AM/550 to accomplish this.
WIZD becomes WSAU-FM
