On Friday September 1st, 2006, WRIT in Milwaukee dumped their "Greatest Hits of the 60's & 70's" format and stunted over the weekend asking listeners for help in selecting a new format. On Tuesday, September 5th, 2006 at 6am, "Milwaukee's 95-7 The Greatest Top-40 Hits Of All Time" debuted. This new format includes a lot more 80's than the previous incarnation and a loss of some of the 60's music.
